A nice afternoon horse-riding tour of the Mt. Helgafell volcano or Hvaleyrarvatn and surroundings in the lava fields of the Reykjanes peninsula. During a pleasant 1½ hours ride from the Riding Centre in Hafnarfjörður we explore the lava fields surrounding Mt. Helgafell volcano or ride to Lake Hvaleyrarvatn.
